Why “talking about it” hasn’t helped

Traditional talk therapy often only reaches the thinking mind.
But narcissistic abuse impacts the nervous system, the body, and the deep emotional brain.

That’s why I integrate:

  • Brainspotting — accesses and releases stored trauma through visual/brain-body pathways
  • ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy) — rewires disturbing images and emotional triggers rapidly and gently
  • DBT skills — rebuild emotional clarity, boundaries, and healthy internal regulation

These approaches help you heal from the inside out, not by reliving trauma but by resolving what’s stuck.
